Mission Bend Property
​

This 1301 sqft home was built in 1979 and is located in the southwest part of town in a neighborhood called Mission Bend North. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a fireplace and a nice sized yard. We did a complete remodel on this home along with some foundation repair.  The floors are a wood-look vinyl and the kitchen counters are laminate but have that granite appearance.  The bathrooms are fully redone with a beautiful gray tile and the same vinyl flooring.  We also had the fence rebuilt along the backside of the yard.  Although this is a smaller house, the transformation was amazing!

Sugar Creek Property

This property is our largest undertaking so far and is a stunning transformation!  We had to remediate mold on this one due to water leaks from broken galvanized pipes, and we removed a few walls to open up the floorplan.   We provided the buyer with all permits and certifications.  It is a single family, one story brick home with 2,584 square feet built in 1977. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half baths, an oversized laundry room, 2 car detached garage,  a covered back porch, and private backyard with pet run.
Brookside Beauty 
  
This home in Brookside Belknap is our most recent project.  Here we opened up some walls and recreated both bathrooms, making the master bath much larger.  We opened up the kitchen as well as painted everything with a much more neutral color palette. We added hand-scraped wood laminate flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms only.  This property, built in 1969, has 1829 sf of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  It is centrally located near the Sugar factory in Sugar Land.
